Melanie Fergus

Melanie is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
Melanie completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California Santa Barbra with a degree in communications and later obtained her J.D from the University of Southern California School of Law. She is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
Melanie offers legal services on all facets of estate planning, including wills and trusts, probate, special needs, community property issues and conservatorships, She is a member of the California State Bar and Orange County Bar Association.
Melanie prides herself on builiding lasting and on-going relationships with clients, and is always accesible to her clients. She resides with her husband, Chris, and two children in North Tustin, California.
Why MJF legacy studio?
My calling has always been to help people and I wanted a way to share my creative vision with the combined expertise of my many years as a probate attorney and estate planner to make content about the complexities of my job and products that help people through struggles and hardships that can be avoided with preparation and knowledge. Most of these problems can be avoided by being informed and my goal is to help spread awareness on these issues.
